Symptom: Loud humming from speaker, +10.3 VDC is weak.
Fix: Check the bridge rectifier in your power supply in the bottom of the cabinet. Look at the schematics to see how to test it. If the bridge rectifier is ok, then replace the large 27,000uf 15VDC filter cap.

Atari Regulator III

When testing this particular power supply, you will need to add a clip from the sense+ test tab to the +5VDC output to get a correct reading. Without this, your power supply will output +15VDC.
